Coating Film Machine was created by using the latest technology coating method using a spray gun. The results go through a process stage which is a combination / combination of the liquid mixing process, pumped through a spray gun with certain temperatures and conditions. In brief, the process of Indocota Coating Film capacity of 60 kg can be explained as follows: The volume of air needed is generally taken from the work area, then passed through the initial filter (Pre Filter), medium filter, hepa filter and finally Exchanger (heating source). Before entering the chamber product, the tablets / caplets to be coated / weighed / checked as needed and just entered the chamber product.
Clean air is passed through ducting to the top, thus agglomeration will occur in the presence of a binding agent used for coating / coating.
Important parts that include additions:
1. Automatic Temperature Control for temperature monitoring
2. The air volume control is controlled by a damper
3. Control liquid with a peristaltic pump for the spraying process
For the spraying process used two spray guns that are installed right in the middle of the drying chamber. The spray gun can be set vertically and horizontally which is transferred through a silicone hose with pressure from a peristaltic pump that can be regulated by adjusting the rotation speed.
